The apartment was conveniently located with easy access to subways and numerous eateries nearby. Although the frosted windows felt a bit claustrophobic, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. It was slightly pricey for the size, but overall a pleasant experience.

Ideal spot for families
They had this fantastic setup with a kitchen, like a real kitchen with everything you need to cook. it made family meals easy, you know? And the staff were always making sure we had what we needed, even offered us extra cleaning supplies for the kids' mess! Wow!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, worth it for all the perks.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our 5-night stay in a Japanese Apartment. The spacious layout was great for relaxing after long days of exploring Tokyo. While initial cleanliness was off, the staff promptly addressed our concerns. Don’t miss trying the nearby local eateries for authentic dining experiences!

A quiet retreat in the city
We felt right at home in the spacious tatami room, equipped with a cozy kitchen. The baby gate was a thoughtful touch for our toddler, and staff were very accommodating.
The location was somewhat isolated, which made exploring Tokyo a bit challenging. Also, we had to wait for the washers, as there weren’t enough available.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
I was so frustrated with the hard bed and rock hard pillows. It made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Also, the USB ports were unreliable, which was annoying when I needed to charge my phone. Lastly, the location was quite inconvenient, requiring a long walk to the nearest subway station, making outings a hassle.

The room was spacious and perfectly equipped for a family, featuring a convenient kitchenette. The staff were warm and welcoming, demonstrating excellent English skills, which greatly aided our stay. The laundry facilities were a fantastic added bonus for us traveling with only carry-on luggage. Additionally, the BUN CAFE across the road offered exceptional drip coffee—a delightful find.
The location was not very close to the main subway lines, requiring a longer walk to access wider attractions.

Had a great time with my friends! The location is perfect for exploring and we loved visiting Shibuya and Akihabara. The beds were cozy, and we appreciated the self-service laundry. Be aware, though, there's a bit of a walk to the station and no provided water bottles.
We found the beds really hard and uncomfortable. For a pricey stay, there wasn’t even tea or coffee in the room, and getting it from reception felt inconvenient.

missingWrote a review on 30 Junfriendly staffgreat locationconvenient kitchennoisy restaurantlong walk
I loved the connecting Japanese apartment. It provided a ton of space for my family. The kitchenette made breakfast easy. Having a washing machine on-site was a big relief for our trip. The staff were friendly and spoke perfect English, making it easy to get help. The location in Akasaka felt calmer compared to the bustling parts of Tokyo. There were plenty of dining options nearby. However, the live accordion music from the Russian restaurant downstairs was annoying, especially in the evenings. It made it hard to relax before bed. Also, it took a longer walk to reach the subway lines, which was a bit inconvenient when heading out. But overall, the positive aspects outweighed this issue.
